Not always. Depending on what you ordered, your items may ship from different locations or at different times. For example, mattresses and mattress toppers are made to order and may ship separately from smaller items like bedding or accessories.
If your order ships in more than one package, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment so you can follow their progress. In some cases, you may receive part of your order a few days before the rest arrives.
Once everything has shipped, you’ll have tracking details for all items so you know exactly what to expect.
*If you selected In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder at checkout then your mattress (and foundation if applicable) will be shipped first to Ryder. Ryder will then contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
