Helix mattresses and mattress toppers are made to order, so they require a short production time before shipping. Production usually takes 3–5 business days, or 5–7 business days during peak times.
For orders arriving via FedEx, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once an order ships. If you have not yet received a tracking number, or if you believe you should have received a confirmation and haven’t yet, you can check your order status here.
If you selected In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder at checkout, your mattress or foundation will first ship to our delivery partner, Ryder. They’ll contact you to schedule your delivery and setup appointment — typically 7–15 business days after your order is placed.
