Every now and then, FedEx may scan a package as “delivered” before it actually reaches your door. If this happens, we suggest waiting until the end of the day — it often arrives later on the driver’s route.
Occasionally, a package might also be delivered to a nearby address by mistake. If it’s marked as delivered but you don’t see it, it’s worth checking with neighbors or around your property to see if it was left somewhere unexpected.
If your package still hasn’t shown up by day’s end, reach out to us and we’ll start a trace investigation with FedEx right away. They’ll work with the driver to retrace their steps and figure out what went wrong. This usually takes 48–72 hours. If FedEx isn’t able to locate and deliver your package within that time, we’ll be glad to move forward with a replacement or refund.
A few important things to know:
-
We can only process replacements or refunds within 30 days of a package going missing.
-
If your package was marked as delivered but never arrived, the 30-day window starts on the date of that delivery scan.
-
If your package was lost in transit and never marked as delivered, the 30-day window starts on the date of the most recent tracking scan.
-
Unfortunately, we can’t open a FedEx investigation — or issue a refund or replacement — once that 30-day window has passed.
