For 10-Year Accidental Damage Coverage through Mulberry:
Mulberry accidental damage claims must be submitted directly to the Mulberry team through your Mulberry customer portal. You will be asked to describe the issue and provide any necessary documentation. Once your claim has been submitted, Mulberry will evaluate the report to determine whether it warrants a repair or replacement.
Based on the outcome, they will either attempt to repair the item or replace it with an equivalent item from Helix.
