All Birch products include a warranty that covers manufacturer defects.
The Birch Mattress comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that protects you from defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal, reasonable use. This includes issues such as:
Sagging or indentations greater than 1.5" not caused by improper use
Physical flaws in the latex or foam that cause it to split or crack despite proper handling
Manufacturing defects in the mattress cover zipper or seams
The warranty does not cover normal changes in comfort over time, damage from misuse or improper support, or stains and spills.
