You can check the status of your order anytime on our My Orders page. Just enter your order number (example: BIR-XXXX) and the email address you used at checkout.
If your order ships via FedEx directly to you:
You’ll receive an email with your FedEx tracking information as soon as your item leaves our facility. You can click the tracking link in that email to follow your package’s progress until it arrives.
If you selected In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder:
Your mattress or foundation will ship to our delivery partner, Ryder, first. Once Ryder receives your items, they’ll contact you directly to schedule your in-home delivery and setup appointment. If your order includes smaller items like bedding, those will ship separately via FedEx and you’ll receive tracking details for those items by email.
