We want you to love your Birch mattress, so every new mattress purchase comes with our 365 Night Sleep Trial. If you’re not completely happy, you can return it for a full refund anytime within the 365 night period — after you’ve kept it for at least 30 nights.
Why the 30-night minimum?
All new mattresses have a short break-in period, and it can take a few weeks for your body to fully adjust.
Mattress returns
Only two mattresses may be returned per customer or household.
To start a return, please use our contact form and select the appropriate return option so our team can assist you right away.
Other products
Foundations, frames, and sleep accessories (mattress protectors, pillows, sheets, duvets, and other soft goods): 30-night trial starting from the date of delivery.
Warranty replacements
While defects are extremely rare, our manufacturer’s warranty protects you against structural issues if they occur. If your mattress is replaced under warranty, the replacement does not include a new 365 Night Sleep Trial and is not eligible for return or refund.
