Your Birch Elite will arrive in two boxes—each containing part of your mattress. Once combined, they create the luxurious sleep experience you’ve been waiting for.
Here’s how to get set up:
Step 1: Start with the support base
Bring both boxes into your bedroom and carefully remove the rolled-up components. Place the encased support base on your bed frame or sleeping surface. Cut away the plastic wrap so it can begin expanding. Then, unzip and open the pillow top cover—it’ll be ready for the next step.
Step 2: Add the comfort insert
Lay the comfort insert on top of the support base. Make sure the heat seal (with your Birch model name) is at the foot of the bed and easy to read. If it looks upside down, simply flip the insert for the right positioning.
Step 3: Zip it up
Close the pillow top cover to fully secure the comfort insert inside your mattress.
Step 4: Let it expand
Give your Elite mattress up to 2 hours to fully expand. After that, it’s all yours—time to stretch out and enjoy the comfort you deserve.
