If you received a damaged or defective item (ripped, dented, etc) please contact us within your 100 Night* or 30 Night Sleep Trial** (depending on the product) to initiate a return. Fill out this form accordingly:

- Select I'd like to Return/Exchange Something under How can we help?
- Select A Manufacturing Flaw under Why are you returning?
- Please include your order number. You can find this in your order confirmation email!
- Attach a photo of the damage below the Description field.
NOTE: Only two (2) mattresses may be returned per customer or household.
*Our Mattresses and Mattress Toppers come with the 100-night sleep trial, which begins on the date of delivery by our shipping provider.
**Foundations, Frames, and other sleep accessories, including mattress protectors, mattress encasements, pillows, wedge pillows, sheets, duvets, weighted blankets, and any other soft good accessories are not eligible for Exchange and must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
