Once your mattress is picked up by one of our partners, we just ask that you send over a photo of either the hard copy or digital receipt. Once we receive that, we will issue your refund. Refunds can take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer.
Please note: there is a $99 removal fee for all mattress returns. The $99 fee will be deducted from your refund total once issued by our team. Refunds for all other products are free of charge and will include a full refund to your original method of payment.
